What To Include In A Bug Report
When reporting an issue with an EPUB file or unexpected behavior, including the following details helps us reproduce and fix it quickly:

Are my EPUB files ever uploaded to your server?▼
No. EpubTidy operates 100% on your device. We do not have servers storing your book library, reader logs, or personal metadata. All file parsing, cleaning, and text-to-speech are performed locally.
How does Book Match retrieve covers and metadata?▼
Book Match sends only the title, author, or ISBN you query to Apple’s public book catalog API. Your actual EPUB file or personal library contents are never transmitted.
Does EpubTidy remove DRM from purchased books?▼
No. EpubTidy does not bypass or defeat Digital Rights Management (DRM). It is designed to inspect, edit, and beautify DRM-free EPUB files that you lawfully own and have rights to edit.
